Scott's background consists of 20 years in the Machining trade. Starting out as a CNC Machine Operator he steadily worked his way up the ranks learning everything he could from senior Machinists and shop owners.
Before starting his own business he worked for very successful companies alongside seasoned experts. He learned the many needed skills for operating a manufacturing company such as accurate quoting, scheduling, lean operations and effective delegation as well as the importance of valued customers. These are at the roots of Brueckner CNC.

Jennifer joined the company full time in 2015 as the business continued to grow. She brings 17 years of experience from the financial sector in which she spent much of that time working with small businesses. In addition to handling the CFO responsibilities for Brueckner CNC Services she has also taken the lead in business development and is eagerly seeking out new clients with whom we can build long lasting relationships.
